Sheryl is a nutritionist based in Gulf Harbour and has been helping people achieve their weight loss and health goals for the past five years.
Sheryl’s passion for nutrition, health and wellbeing comes from her own journey of losing weight and learning how to maintain weight. She lost 25kgs and has kept it off for 18 years now, gaining and losing 36kgs of pregnancy weight along the way!
Her journey has included issues with emotional eating and sugar addiction. She is a recovering sugar addict and now shares her strategies for overcoming food addiction with clients.
