Just as you can get bored by always doing the same exercises, your body can also adapt to these exercises so that they don’t offer the same benefits that they once did. PILATES

Pilates classes will teach you how to breathe deeply, improving your cardio vascular efficiency and reducing stress levels.

You will learn how to maintain a great posture so you can protect your lower back and reduce neck and shoulder tension.

Pilates will strengthen and rebalance your muscles, increasing flexibility so that whatever you do in your day to day work, sport or recreation, you will more aware of you posture and less prone to injury.

BOXING

We offer boxing classes for kids and adults. These classes are for fitness with a fun element to it. You do not need to have boxed before as these dynamic workouts are for all fitness levels and include all-body exercises. Come along for a free trial.

ZUMBA

Get the Party started with a workout that combines Latin and international music with a fun and effective workout system.

Come along and dance yourself to a fitter and healthier you.

COAST FIT

This class is a vigorous workout that combines weights, body weight and aerobics all in one so that you become fitter and stronger in all areas of your life. You just go at your pace and your own level so any fitness and strength level is accepted.

YOGA BOUNCE

This class focuses on having fun, enjoying the postures, strength and balance. Listen to some fun music and workout your core and strengthen your body. This class will energize you.
