This is for people that have had a long break from training and are getting back into it or for people that have never trained before!

This program has been designed to use every muscle in your body during the 4 weeks. To get your body used to training.

You will notice that you are lifting weights one day and then cardio the next.  This is to allow your muscles to recover between training sessions and be ready for the following day.

This intermediate trainer is the next step after the basic trainer. You will find this plan will split your workouts into different muscle groups and work them abit harder. This will ensure your body won’t get used to your workouts and promote a positive change.

ADVANCED_4_week_Challenge_Cover

4 WEEK ADVANCED TRAINER

This is for people that have been training for a few months and are either bored with their old routine or just aren’t getting the results they are after. You will notice that over the 4 weeks you won’t do the same workout more than once.  You will also notice that you will be doing some high rep sets and some lower rep sets. This is to ensure that your body doesn’t get used to the workouts and will keep you making good steady progress with your training.

We hope you enjoy going through the program as much as we did. If it doesn’t challenge you it doesn’t change you. So get into it and go hard! Make every Rep Count FFS!
