With every new membership, we provide FREE pre-scheduled Orientation Sessions that offer qualified guidance. These sessions focus on our resistance training machines, which help develop strong, toned muscles by isolating specific muscle groups.

Our pin-loaded machines are designed for proper body positioning, reducing the risk of injury. They cater to clients and athletes at all levels, making them beginner-friendly yet equally effective.

If you need personalized attention or have health concerns, injuries, or obstacles, we recommend booking a customized personal training session with our qualified PT contractors.

Our personal trainers are independent contractors who run their own businesses in agreement with our facility. Directly contact them for rates, services, and availability inquiries.

Group Training

Our Mashed Up classes are just what you need, and the benefits of group exercise have been extensively documented.

Engaging in group training classes not only boosts motivation but also provides social opportunities, accountability, and a benchmark for measuring your progress against peers—all crucial elements for your success.

As part of your membership, our “Mashed Up” classes are offered to you free of charge. If you are new to the gym or have never experienced this style of HIIT-based training, there’s no need to worry.

Our training staff will assist you in calibrating resistance and intensity to ensure an effective class experience.

They can also facilitate group training on request – so if you have a corporate or a special occasion where you want to have an exclusive team event – let us know how we can help.
