The InBody 570 is a pharmaceutical-grade scanner that will give us the ability to benchmark members’ programs from month to month. It allows us to look inside your body and develop programs that are absolutely fit for purpose. We will be able to see the direct impact of the routines you are doing and the benefits of tweaks our trainers make to programs to a very high standard. So exciting!

Scans only take a few minutes – In your first session we will scan you and help set you up on the InBody online ap where we can track your tests long term, and then we will go over the result together with some discussion recorded around what you are wanting to achieve and how you might go about it.

ATTIRE

Ladies = tee shirt or sports bra + shorts – scans are in the office so privacy is assured.

Men = shorts please lol!

BEST RESULTS

Fasted scans are best (2 to 3 hours after food) + you should be hydrated
